I don't think of myself as a computer nerd, it's just that I like anything Hi Tech
and right now computers are fun. They are now fast enough to do some really
neat things. A little about my computer system which I put together my self.

128 meg ATI All in Wonder RAGE Video Card.
with on screen TV and DVD Movies

CTL 21" monitor.
*
Three Hard drives all Western Digital.

All 100gigs
*
Which adds up to 300 gigs of storage.

A high speed Internet connection from Comcast
*
A Sound Blaster Live Platinum sound card,
which is hooked to a Pioneer Dolby surround amplifier,
which puts out 100 watts to each of four speakers,
plus a Powered Sub woofer sets at my feet under my desk.
(vibrates the hole house he he)

I have a 52 X speed CD Rom player.
A PX-712A Plextor DVD + - R/RW  CD R/RW burner
and a 12x DVD Player
*
A Epson scanner.
*
A Canon Photo color ink jet printer.
*
Sue and I have five computers throughout the house all networked.
(Even one it the Master Bedroom walk in closet in case we get insomnia)

A whole room full of software,  manuals and a lot of spare parts.
